Ideal for small to large businesses needing in-house support. For larger business we act as a Controller pulling everything together and ensuring your staff is handling every detail properly. For smaller businesses we are your accounting & bookkeeping department and handle everything for you.

• We will send a qualified, experienced and professional bookkeeper to your location weekly, monthly or just 'as-needed'.
  
  
• For continuity and proficiency, we will send the same bookkeeper to you each time.
  
  
• We will handle your full set of books including:
  Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Tax Filing such as HST, Payroll Remittance including CPP & EI, EHT, WSIB, and T4 Slips.

OFF SITE BOOKKEEPING (via courier)
Ideal for small to medium sized businesses who do not require in-house support. You may have an admin assistant input invoices &/or expenses but you need someone to handle the major details and make sure everything is being done properly.

• We will send a courier to your location, on a weekly or monthly basis, to pick up your records, statements & files in a customized File-Folder-Box that we'll provide you with when you start working with us.
  
  
• For continuity and proficiency, the same bookkeeper will work on your account each time.
  
  
• We will handle your full set of books including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and Tax Filing such as HST, Payroll Remittance including CPP & EI, EHT, WSIB and T4 Slips.
  
  
• Then we'll send back the Box via courier for you within a few days and you will continue with business as usual.

COMBINATION ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE BOOKKEEPING
Ideal for small to large businesses

• We will send a qualified, experienced and professional bookkeeper to your location on a monthly basis to ensure that you and/or your admin staff are handling things properly. We'll clean up any discrepancies, help improve your own record-keeping and file preparation.
  
  
• Then on a weekly or bi-weekly basis we will work on your account from our office and send the files back and forth via courier.
  
  
• We will handle your full set of books including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and Tax Filing such as HST, Payroll Remittance including CPP & EI, EHT, WSIB and T4 Slips.
